Good Morning. June has arrived, the school year is winding down, and summer is officially making itself at home around the Ranch. We’ve got a couple chances for rain early in the week, but after that it’s hard to complain about a forecast packed with sunshine and temperatures pushing into the 80s.

The summer calendar is starting to fill up fast too. This week brings free fishing poles for the kids, trolley rides through downtown Castle Rock, a family 5K and concert, National Trails Day adventures, and the return of one of our favorite signs of summer: Food Truck Frenzy in Castle Pines. If you’ve been waiting for that “summer is finally here” feeling, this might be the week it arrives.

Quick reminder — every referral gets you another shot at $100 to Cranelli’s. The more you share, the better it tastes. 🍝 Let’s see who’s up next.
